Yes. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year until you cancel. Checkout shows the price, how often you're charged, and how to cancel. Right after you buy, we email a confirmation with your plan terms and a cancel link. For yearly plans, we email you 30–45 days before each renewal with the renewal date, the amount, and a cancel link. Monthly members get a reminder once a year with their plan, price, and how to cancel.
In two clicks (Cancel, then confirm) from Profile > My Account > Manage Membership. Billing stops, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Once, we may offer you a pause of up to 2 months (on the Free plan) or one free month. "No thanks, cancel" is always right there.
Free covers 1 computer. Plus covers up to 10 computers. If you try to add an 11th, we'll ask you to remove one first. Plus covers computers only. Phone protection is coming with Advanced Protection, and phones won't count toward your 10 computers.
Full refund within 30 days of your first yearly purchase, including the founding offer. Within 14 days after a yearly renewal. Founding members get a notice 7–30 days before their first $49 charge. If you cancel within 14 days of that first $49 charge, we refund the unused part. Monthly plans aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the month ends.
